At times Eye Spy Spotter clients will ask for certain demographic backgrounds to use as a spotter, such as specific racial backgrounds, ages, certain heights and weights, income level, educational background, etc. This will in no way decrease your chance of being a spotter for Eye Spy Spotter Services, it may however increase the amount of spots you are qualified to do. This information will not be used for any other reason aside from assisting Eye Spy Spotter Services in the process of scheduling Mystery Shops.

Independent Contractors Agreement I understand that I am an independent contractor to Eye Spy Spotter Services LLC, not an employee. I understand that I will be paid strictly on a services rendered basis. I understand that I will be paid on the 15th of the month following the date my report was received, or until a new payroll system goes into effect. I understand that Eye Spy Spotter Services LLC reserves the right to reject poor quality work or late reports without compensation. I understand that I will work my own hours, and am responsible for my own expenses incurred, unless otherwise approved by the client. I understand that I am responsible for my own taxes, both State and Federal, and that it will not be the responsibility of Eye Spy Spotter Services LLC to withhold said taxes from pay due to me. I understand that Social Security is my responsibility to pay. I understand that employee benefits including hospitalization, workmen's compensation, and pensions are not available to me as and Independent Contractor. I understand that I would need to give a thirty day notice to dissolve my association and terminate service to Eye Spy Spotter Services LLC, without incurring any liability for departing. I understand that I should NEVER share any completed or incomplete reports with anyone other than Eye Spy Spotter Services LLC. I understand that I should NEVER discuss my findings with anyone else. I understand that if I depart, I am responsible to return all property belonging to Eye Spy Spotter Services LLC such as training items or materials. I understand that a Mystery Shopper / On-Site Inspector / Spotter, only reports what occurred at the time they were conducting the report. They do not give opinions on how a clients business should be run, or compare one clients location with another. I understand that reports must be submitted to Eye Spy Spotter Services LLC the next day they are completed. I understand that I am required to conduct the visit on the day I have been assigned. If I am unable to, I need to notify Eye Spy Spotter Services LLC within 24 hours of the scheduled visit. I understand that I will be held liable if I intentionally report any incorrect information.
