Eye Spy Spotter Services LLC is a bar spotter and mystery restaurant shopping and service evaluation company specializing in Arizona 's hospitality industry. We have performed evaluations for restaurants, clubs, hotels and retail operations throughout the state.
As founder of Eye Spy Spotter Services, as well as, a former nightclub owner, and bar/restaurant manager, my belief is that the spotter service companies I formerly employed were unstructured, inadequate and not very beneficial.
My Eye Spy staff demands to be different.
Since we are based in the Phoenix metro area, we are in touch with the trends and norms of the vibrant Valley bar and dining industry. Other competing Shopper services are nationally or internationally based and the spotters are randomly selected from a pool of thousands of applicants.
Eye Spy Spotters are very carefully selected and chosen for the unique skills necessary to evaluate at the level expected. Meticulous screening and training are the norm for our spotters, and they are professionals who understand the importance that proper customer service means to the success of a company. Moreover, all our spotters possess knowledge and years of experience either in the restaurant, bar, nightclub, hotel, and/or customer service industries in order to properly evaluate for theft or service concerns.
