Eye Spy Spotter Service is a powerful tool you can use to insure your guests have the experience you expect them to have.

Initial Consultation - We begin our service with an exhaustive preliminary questionnaire and consultation. This process helps our staff to clearly address your needs and focus on your specific amenities and staff. The spotter now acts as an autonomous "manager" and reports a true cross section of how the staff acts, and moreover, what the customers see.

Service Evaluations – We then send a trained and experienced 'spotter' to your location. Armed with the information from your Initial Consultation, the spotter knows exactly what to look for and will objectively and anonymously evaluate your staff, food and facility.

Bar Integrity Check – Sometimes people just need a little help staying honest. At Eye Spy, our services also include a thorough integrity check of bartenders and cocktail staff. Our pool of experienced spotters is well versed in the hospitality industry and can use their training and experience to help put an end to unexplained bar losses.

Staff Mystery Shop - Our evaluators will assure you of your staff's professionalism by holding them up to your standards. We will test them with a pre-arranged set of criteria to assure that they are adhering to all of your standards of service.

Telephone Mystery Shop - The service also includes a preliminary telephone call to the establishment to test the staff on how the business phone is answered, as well as, knowledge about specials, hours of operations, local attractions, directions etc. This call is transcribed into the report and is also attached as an audio file for you to listen too.

Detailed Report – You can have us look at some of your departments, or all of them. Whichever you choose, Eye Spy will provide you with a very detailed report of the facility. A typical evaluation consists of an hour evaluation of the dining room and an hour assessment of the bar. Therefore, client's receive a mystery "shop" of a dining room server, as well as, a bar "spot" for integrity issues of the bartender. Sections are also included for the facility's condition, busser, host, manager, etc. All of our reports include an .mp3 of the mystery phone call to your facility, a numerical scored breakdown, an exhaustive first-person account of our spotter's entire experience, and very detailed commentary and recommendations. Of course if the client is specifically targeting integrity issues, the spotters can spend the entire evaluation time observing for theft issues.
